How does it work?

During your anxiety coaching, we will cover all aspects of your inner self, what drives you, what you want, and what regrets and fears you may have. This is all done in a safe and non-judgemental space where you can open up and be yourself. The courses run for 4 weeks, and are great for helping anyone feeling lost in life or stuck in a rut.

The Art of Detachment

Detachment is a method of mindfulness that enables you to let go of things that have bothered you, perhaps for years. By releasing yourself from the burdens of negative emotions, you can reduce anxiety, live more in the present, and eventually achieve what you really want.

Many of us hold on to ideals and desires that are false or toxic to our mindsets, and by releasing these, and reassessing our needs, we can focus on what matters in the here and now.
